The brief
A video projected all around visitors, made from artists’ own versions of Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, from classic to experimental.
What we did
The music starts with classical piano and moves toward electronic music as the artworks get more modern. We also made a mix for speakers all around the room.
Listen for
Sounds that come from every side. We wrote for the room as well as the images, so visitors hear the music all around them.
