These terms apply when you use dutchsoundworks.com. By using the site, you accept them. Projects are covered by the proposal you receive from us, and usage rights for music and sound are set out in each proposal and in our rate card.

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse, watch, listen, and share links to our pages. Please don’t use the site in a way that harms it or other people, for example by trying to get past its security, sending automated messages through the form, or copying the site in bulk with scrapers or bots.

Music, films, and other content

The music, sound, films, texts, images, and design on this site belong to Dutch Sound Works or to our clients and partners, and are protected by copyright. Watching or listening here doesn’t give you a license to use them. You may not download, copy, edit, or reuse any of it, in a project, a broadcast, a pitch, or to train AI models, without our written permission. To license our music, request a proposal.

Client names and logos

Client names, logos, and campaigns are trademarks and property of their owners. We show them as work for and contributions to projects involving those brands. Showing them doesn’t mean a brand endorses this website.

Briefs and materials you send us

We treat every brief, film, and file you send us as confidential and use it only to respond and prepare a proposal. Sending a brief doesn’t commit you or us to anything. An agreement only exists once both sides have accepted a proposal.

Accuracy and availability

We keep the information on this site up to date, but it can change and may sometimes be incomplete. You can’t derive rights from it. The site may also be unavailable for a while, for example during maintenance.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Dutch Sound Works isn’t liable for damage caused by using this site, by being unable to use it, or by relying on its content.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as YouTube and LinkedIn. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms. Any dispute goes to the competent court in Amsterdam.
